Saving for a new Laptop (urgent!)

A few weeks ago my 1 year old, Kirby, decided it would be funny if she jumped on her momma's laptop, and ended up busting one of the corners, right next to the charger port. At first it wasn't so bad, it just made this horrible painful noise when you opened it, but now it's starting to effect how well it charges. It'll stop charging when it's plugged in, then not notify me when it's about to die because it's plugged in. The corner itself is also starting to fall apart, and pulling the rest of the keyboard apart with it. Long story short, I really need a new laptop.
So I've found a laptop that's perfect for what I need, I just have to focus on the money part now. After taxes it'll probably be around $900. Ouch right? So expect a lot of commission advertising and adopts! Donations would be super helpful as well, although I'm honestly not expecting a lot, if any of those.
